I have had lower back and cervical issues for years. I have had at least 3 doctors and countless procedures and physical therapy, chiropractic, injections, and medications (some really not good for you). I was at my wits end and had decided that I was just going to have to suffer for the rest of my life. I felt that there was something wrong with me, since all these different specialist could not fix the problem, and some made me feel that way. I had one tell me I was "drug seeking" even though I had never ask him for any pain medication, only relief with his procedures. This went on my record, and really hurt my feelings. I decided that I wouldn't go to any more doctors for this pain, just grin and bear it.
I started going back to Dr. Carney a few months back, and that was the best decision I have made. She asked me if I had ever heard of the Airrosti Treatment, I said no, but figured it was just one more thing that would take my money and not work. She has never led me wrong nor lied to me, and her attitude was contagious.
Well I went, skeptical and yet part of me hopeful. He started on my ankles which had been injured and seemed to make all the rest of my injuries hurt worse. I laid down on the table face first and then he started the treatment. I had never felt such burning and stabbing when he hit a bad area. But I laughed instead of screamed through it and once it was over, I felt different. It was like nothing I had ever experienced before. I then went to his assistant and she put me to work on exercises for the ankles and taped me up in those areas. I actually felt better walking out of there and couldn't wait for the next appointment.
After 3 treatments, my ankles no longer hurt and I had my balance for the first time in a long time. This also helped the sciatica I was having in my leg. I let him work on my other areas and between him and Kim and the exercises I feel like a new person. Who knew that a thumb was such a great healer LOL. I love Dr. Askey, he is friendly and he smiles while he is doing the work. It is so worth it to have a few moments of discomfort than a lifetime of pain. I love him, Kim and everyone on staff there. They are cheering for you, and he does not keep bringing you back in. It is a short term treatment that works. I know I am rambling, but go to him, try it, you have nothing to lose but maybe the pain that has made your life difficult. I had my treatments over a month ago, and they are still working. I love you Dr. Askey and my back and ankles love you even more. Thanks for all your hard work!!!!
I am grateful.
