Some Plants

Aster’s Ethiopian Restaurant
Dining Out Guide - Some Plants

OK. Two immediate disclaimers:
1) This restaurant also serves meat.
2) The food is not nescessarily low fat.
So, our advice to you.  Don't partake of the meat and don't eat here every day!  But, do eat here sometimes.  We come for special treats.  Another warning, the food is very Ethiopian.  So, if you do not like those flavors (and it is very flavorful) you won't like this restaurant.  If you like Ethiopian food, it doesn't get any better than this!  One side of their menu is plant based.  That is the side to eat from!  Eat food purely from plants for optimal health.  Might we suggest you try the AlichaMiser (Split lentils cooked to perfection with ginger and garlic).

Testimonials

I have searched for years...
I met with Dr. Carney and discussed several ongoing (personal) medical issues that have plagued me for years.  She is the ONLY Doctor out of 5 that has not immediately whipped out a prescription pad and/or run expensive tests on me.  She truly listened to me and understood ...
