The floorplan below shows Suites A, B & C with their three separate entrances into the same main building. Suite D, the detached building, is also shown to the right. Each of these Suites has their own Entranceways and are completely self contained units. Our building has some Space available for lease. We are particularly interested in leasing our space to medical related organizations. Please let us know If you are interested in some prime Space in the Buda Area!

This area of Buda has the highest income demographics and is rapidly growing. Quite a few commercial buildings are being approximately one mile away at FM 1626 andFM 967.
Our building currently has three separately doored suites available as well as a physicians office with easy access to three exam rooms.
